I live in live in Signal Hill and I’ve been using Pet Sit Pros for the last 6 month to walk my two beagles Jack & Jill. Their dog walking service is reasonably priced and their dog walkers are friendly, professional, reliable and great with my pets. I love the online reservation system. It makes scheduling appointments and making payments a breeze. I’ve also used Jay’s pet sitting services when I go on vacation so that I can enjoy and not worry about my dogs! I highly recommend Pet Sit Pros to anybody with pets that lives in the Long Beach area. *****5 Stars!

I found Jay and Pet Sit Pros when I moved to Long Beach. They are the best! Right off the bat you can tell they are animal people. They are extremely reliable and have helped me get out a bind on several occasions. They are professional and trustworthy and honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. If you are looking for someone to care for your pets, looks no further! Me and my 2 dogs love them and I know you will too.

We recently found Jay and his team through the great review on Yelp. We were going overseas for 3 weeks, and had been searching catteries, but they were all so tiny and I didn’t want to leave our 2 cats in a box for 3 weeks. So we searched and found Jay. Jay emailed us back very quickly and was also the only one to provide referrals. We contacted them and they were all glowing. We booked Jay and one of his team for a “meet and greet” and he and Rebecca were fantastic. You can tell they both really care about animals and we had no worries after this. So we left for 3 weeks, and received regular updates which was great, a huge comfort. I’m not sure if our cats even cared we were home! Our apartment looked great, and more importantly the cats looked great. We will continue to use Jay’s service and have peace of mind that our cats are happy and extremely well looked after. 5 stars from me!

I just want to say that my experience with Jay and his team were phenomenal. I recently relocated to SoCal with my family and two little boys, Buddy and Sammy (my min pin and jack Russell mix). As if the new transition wasn’t enough, I had an upcoming trip to Hawaii to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I was so worried because I have no knowledge of dog services in the area and no one to share their experience with and particulate company. As a result of my move, I have become an avid yelper. This brought me across pet sitters. And I must say that after making several phone calls to other highly rated businesses, Jay responded promptly, whereas I might have received one other phone call out of at least 7 referrals. Though Pet Sitters had not yet expanded (officially) to my area, Jay was willing to consider it due to my circumstances. After meeting with Jay and my new pet sitter, Melvin, I knew my boys would be in good hands. They kept me updated about the status of the boys while I was out of town and even made time to talk with me about my trip. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and kindness.

Rebecca takes care of our two pups while we’re away at work. The only thing we have to worry about during the day is whether or not they’re behaving. The great thing is, PSP has a report card so we know what happens when we’re away. So far, our puppy has gone from “growl-chy and gruff” to a “doggone darling!” Thanks guys!

Pet Sit Pros are an answer to our prayers. We have 2 dogs and a cat that need care when we travel. Our little Boston Terrier needs extra care due to losing an eye and becoming completely blind. We did not want to leave him in a kennel , not only because of his disability, but in the past he would lose weight and come home tired and depressed. Because of the exceptional care of Pet Sit Pros, we can travel knowing our animals are well cared for, keeping their same daily routine in the comfort of our own home and not stressed from a kennel environment.
From the first meeting with Jay, Fernando and Kathy, we were put at ease. The attention to detail and thorough understanding of our pets needs, was indicative of the exceptional customer service provided by Pet Sit Pros. Myself and my 2 kitties are so lucky we found Jay and his team of pet sitters. Having to travel alot for my job it is so worrisome to leave my pets.
Because of Jay’s exceptional customer service it is not nearly as stressful!!!
